JudicialWatch ...because no one is above the law
Promoting Integrity, Transparency and Accountability in Government, Politics and the Law

Special Order 40 and California in general

All I ask in my state and country is that everyone obey our laws just as I have to do. I feel discriminated against because I must obey our laws, yet there are those who are told they don't have to. And then I have to pay for them to be allowed to continue to break our laws, to steal identities and commit fraud! The mayor of L.A. is escorted to Capital Hill by Diane Feinstein, begging for our tax dollars to fight gangs in his city, yet both these people protect the lawbrakers who masquerade as immigrants! The mayor of San Francisco is seen on TV saying, "I don't care what the law says, San Francisco is a sanctuary city!" Exactly, he does not care about the law. Neither do Feinstein, Boxer or Pelosi who all reside in that city. Now I understand what the term, San Francisco Values means. Both L.A. and S.F. mayors want to be governor of my state! I think I hear a chorus from legislators coming out of Sacramento, "We don't care what the law says!", as they are passing a law to prohibit the use of e-verify by state contractors, and encouraging all employers to stop using it! They have passed many laws that protect, not me, but the lawbreakers. Jerry Brown, elected the top lawman in the state, decides to place his main office in the sancturary city Oakland, where he was mayor! As other cities and states across the country are coming to the realization that officials were elected to serve and protect the legal citizens of this country, California continues to actively protect the lawbreakers, putting out the welcome sign for even more to come here from cities and states cracking down, or across the borders, or those who ignore the VISA rules. California legislators refuse to acknowledge that they are on my payroll, they work for me, I am their boss. I say to them, "You are rotten corrupt employees and you are fired!"
Judicial Watch, I have supported you with donations and and will continue to do so. I am beyond grateful that someone is looking out for Americans and our laws. Keep up the fight. I will be right there with you! I was among those who shut down the Senate switchboard when they tried to pass, "The Lawbreaking Employer and Illegal Alien Benifits Act of 2007". When I look at the overall picture I could become very depressed. Instead, it makes me even more angry! I know that we can and will do what has to be done to save our Democracy from being auctioned off the cheapest bidders. I will call, I will write, I will fax, I will e-mail, I will present myself on their doorstep if necessary. I will donate where needed.
