Posse comitatus refers to

Posse comitatus refers to 'keeping the peace'. As in military cannot be used in regular police activity. There is a war on our border. War is not regular police activity. Are you saying if we fought a war on our own soil we couldn't use the military? Grow up. Border Patrol can't do it; this isn't what they signed up for and they don't have the training that is required. Jobs being given to those who swore to defend this country that put them behind desks can be given to civilians. We need our border fenced and manned and those with arms having permision to use them when they deem nessisary.
