What actually tears apart the fabric of society is for corrupt and criminal elected officials to protest the enforcement of laws they have passed, and their refusal to adhere to the rule of law, or to make reasonable and just laws. It is not the enforcement of illegal immigration laws that they complain about that is destroying the fabric of our society. It is the lawmakers themselves who are doing that.
