US Constitution refers to illegal aliens as "Invaders"

Article IV Section 4

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion"

Article IV is wrongly misinterpreted by many to refer to the responsibility of the US Government or Federal agencies, as being totally burdened with the task of repelling armed invaders or removing illegal aliens.

Not exactly so.

Article IV is the States' responsibilities. It is the responsibility of governor and legislature of each state, and the combined responsibility of all member states of the "United States" or "States United", who are jointly responsible as "one for all and all for one."

Subsequently every political subdivision of a state -- counties, cities, and towns -- bares the Constitutional responsibility, under oath, to preserve, protect, and defend the US Constitution, against all enemies, both foreign and domestic.

Willful failure to do so, is dereliction of duty.

Intentional refusal to preserve, protect, and defend the US Constitution, against all enemies, both foreign and domestic, or allying with a foreign nation or enemy, to the harm of the US Constitution, is treason.
