138 people were arrested after police barracaded them and said they would not disperse. They had no way to leave. They shot them with "pepper gas" with something that looked like a super soaker. They kept them locked up for hours with out phone call or lawyers. Made them plead guilty or told them they would be inprisoned twice as long. They were not fed, they were cold from the A/C and handcuffed to each other with the plastic and had to visit the bathroom that way. No Privacy
