It doesn't matter,Legally, what this State Commission rules. It doesn't matter that New Haven beurocrats have been passing out I.D. cards to illegal aliens. Both entities are flat out violating existing immigration law. The citizens of New Haven should be calling for the arrest of all of the people involved, who have decided to violate existing immigration law. There is no excuse.
