Another would be the DOJ IMPOSING a recusal of Elean Kagan on her participation in the SCOTUS review and decision on the "Affordable Care Act" which she was an ADVISOR and proponent to the Obama administration for it's construction and promulgation!!! ANY TIME a justice is determined to be PRE dispositioned in favor or against a matter they are expected to rule on it's legality or otherwise, they MUST RECUSE themselves or be DISQUALIFIED!!
