Defendant, United States Department Homeland Security ("DHS"), and through its undersigned counsel, respectfully moves this Court pursuant Federal Rule Civil Procedure 6(b)( for enlargement time days to, and including, February 14, 2011, which file answer otherwise respond the complaint this case, which arises under the Freedom Information Act ("FOIA"), U.S.C.  552, amended. Defendant's response the FOIA complaint due January 13, 2011. See Docket Entry This defendant's first request for enlargement time this case. Pursuant Local Rule 7(m), undersigned counsel has conferred with plaintiff, through counsel, and plaintiff consents the requested extension. proposed order granting this motion attached. 
There good cause grant this motion. Undersigned counsel has discussed this matter with the agency and has been advised that the report/memorandum requested plaintiffs FOIA request has been processed and will disclosed subject redaction certain personal/privacy information under FOIA Exemptions 6/7C. The agency hopes disclose the material within the next week and believes that the anticipated disclosure will moot the lawsuit. Defendant will able discuss this
