Offices two counts: Only two (2) staffers earned $225, 000 more during the period? light responses date from other, comparable executive agencies, can hardly believed that only two (2) individuals Treasury's Departmental Offices were being paid annual rate $225,000 more during the relevant period. Consequently, Treasury's Departmental Offices ought compelled find and deliver all SF-50s file and force during the relevant period for the entire specified class.
II. What privacy interest there the identity senior government aide?
Also light responses date from other, comparable executive agencies (as well even the narrowest application jurisprudential doctrine the subject), plain that Treasury's Departmental Offices excessively redacted the few SF-50s the division saw fit provide.5 Names are not secret. Even assuming that respective birthdate and retirement information was properly withheld, the identities top-level administration officials must --in keeping with FOIA --be disclosed. Hence, Treasury's Departmental Offices ought compelled reproduce the two SF-50s already delivered (but, this time, with the names showing) and the rest the outstanding SF-50s without the contents Box redacted.
For all the foregoing reasons, Judicial Watch files this appeal expectation that Treasury's Chief FOIA Officer will cause the agency's Departmental Offices locate and deliver accordance with all relevant laws and regulations all records requested FOIA 2011-07-065. you not understand this appeal any portion thereof, please contact FOIA Program Manager John Althen immediately (202) 646-5172 jalthen@judicialwatch.org. Judicial Watch anticipates receiving the requested documents and waiver both search and duplication costs within twenty (20) business days.
