Taking the Applicant's Left-Hand Roll Prints

Assurance (QA) Review 

General Procedure Description: This phase used conduct review the biometrics workstation electronic fingerprints. 
When Use This Procedure: After the biometrics technician bas completed the digital fingerprinting phase. 
Who Performs This Procedure: The "self QA" BT, Site Supervisor. ASC ISO shall complete the actions this phase for digital fingerprint. 
Action Request the applicant's appointment notification Jetter, picture ID, and AIW from 
the biometrics technician. 
Verify the applicant has the required government issue pictme for the desired 
benefit. the applicant does not have the required picture for the desired 
benefit, check the AlW see has been annotated the ASC ISO. the 
applicant's AIW has not been annotated, summon the ASC ISO. 
Verify the applicant's identity comparing the picture the applicant. 
the 
picture does not match the applicant's physical characteristics, summon 
ASC ISO. 
Verify accuracy the applicant's demographic info1mation with the appointment 
notification letter, AIW. and card. there error the name, DOB. and/or 
A-number, refer the applicant the ASC ISO. other conections are required, 
direct the biometrics technician make the corrections.
