Dear Speaker Boehner, Majority Leader Cantor, Democratic Leader Pelosi, and Democratic Whip Hoyer: 
 
 We, the undersigned organizations, are writing encourage the House consider the bipartisan Access Congressionally Mandated Reports Act (H.R. 1380) during the week February 24th, when other measures touching upon executive branch oversight and transparency also will considered, the earliest opportunity thereafter.   
 
 ACMRA, originally introduced Rep. Mike Quigley, was favorably reported the Committee Oversight and Government Reform May 2013, has the support the Committee House Administration, and has been lauded again and again transparency organizations.  The measure the embodiment common sense. 
 
 Under the legislation, any report required law submitted Congress that releasable under the Freedom Information Act must posted website managed the Government Printing Office.  The reports would become publicly available within days their transmission Congress.
