VIII. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION EXPLANATIONS. (lndicate partofReporl)
Note Re: assets Sec. VII whose value method reported "Q": have again used the Medina County Auditor's most recent appraisal figures. unable provide the date the appraisal any these cases because was not provided me. The appraisals were done for the 2007 real estate tax valuations, are
outrageously high, and are the valuations used calculate our real estate taxes.
Note Last year was required supplement report providing the "names the investment company sponsoring the funds" for each the mutual funds listed included our various brokerage accounts. Neither those funds now the accounts, having been disposed the end 2006, disclosed that report. suppose that required furnish the same information for each the funds that are now those accounts, but haven't the least idea how about doing that. Each the funds now included our brokerage accounts iShares fund. have spent considerable time online trying obtain the "name the investment company sponsoring the funds," and the best can advise that, according the iShares website, "iShares registered trademark Barclays Global Investors, N.A." See http://www.ishares.com/content/stream.jsp?url=/content/repository/material/prospectus/fixed_income.pdfmimeType=application/pdf. broker (at Wachovia) didn't know exactly what you might looking for either, but has sent letter advising that "Barclay's Global Investors" the manager for the following positions held your account:
ISHS MIDCAP 400 VALUE
ISHS MIDCAP 400 INDEX
ISHS MSC! EAFE INDEX
!SHARES INVESTMENT FUND
ISHS TREAS IND
ISHS 500 VAL INDX
ISHS 500 GRWTH FD"
Note Line Sec. VII --I have idea why the program will not let type both the dash (which apparently necessary convince the program that these are all assets the brokerage account) and the fact that this account asset. Hence, "account ass". Who knew?
Note The "audit" feature the new program tells that need provide not only the city and state, but the county which each property located. All properties except the one line Section VII are Medina County, Ohio. The property Line 6lis not located city, but Big Hom County, Wyoming.
Note The "audit" feature advises that should list the assets the entity which trustee. assuming that this not true when that entity educational institution, and the audit has simply detected the tenn "trust" the item. Otherwise, this requirement ridiculous, and cannot comply with it. Judicial Assistant has pointed out that this entire exercise beneficial. requires think outside the box. She may right, but could live without it.
