Defense Intelligence Agency, provided. briefmg yesterday Congressman Curt Weldon 
concerning ABLE DANGER general and client, Anthony Shaffer. specifically. DIA claimingthat around Spring 2004 destroyed Mr. Shaffel''s files, whichbqth highly classified and unclassified materials.. concerning ABLE DANGER, and that 
notified him ofthe intention via e--mail. 
First, time did Mr. Shaffer ever receive any such e-:ma.il notification request from. 
DIA what should done with his ABLE DANGER files. Obviously trust 
has basis for his statement and respectfully request copies, access thereto (and riossess requisite security clearance), the e-mails question, should they exist. Ifthere are emails, 
then respectfully request PIA indicate the basis for his claim.
