(lndicaparto/ReporL) ADDITIONAL EXPLANATIONS: III#2: purchased residence 2005 and sellers rented the property back from for one month until their new residence was ready for occupancy. This was one-time rental arrangement and will not re-occur the future. Part VII: #1-6: These mutual funds are part the State New Mexico Public Employee Deferred Compensation Plan administered 2005 Nationwide Retirement Solutions. The administrator was unable tell exactly what requested column (amount income). last contribution was 200 when employed with the New Mexico Court Appeals. withdrew all monies from this account May 2005 and closed the account. These entries reflect the funds account the Statement Account dated June 2005. The current Vanguard fund was substituted Nationwide for the former Vanguard 500 Index Fund. have added the American Century Ultra Fund because was included closing statement with notation that had value cents. VII #11: 2005 relative died. Upon her death acquired ownership modest checking account which had name secondary owner. Prior the relatives death, had control the account. Upon her death, took assumed ownership the account and utilized the account for payment expenses the relative. The account was closed 2006.
