VIII. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION EXPLANATIONS. (lndicatepart ofreport.) 
REGARDING PART VII: 
Lines and were merged with Lines and They were simple shares that were merged with shares. There was sale, value change, only conversion from shares that would have had penalty withdrawn, shares that have penalty. 
Line 12, the Citibank Money Market under the IRA was not reportable the last report, there was not enough it. Now it's reportable and remains under the 

FMA line 14. 
IRA and also listed under MSSB: 
Lines and 21(EATON VANCE ENHANCED EQUITY INCOME FUND 11-EOS), and and (EA TON VANCE TAX-MANAGED BUY-WRITE OPPTNYS FUND-ETV) are listed twice due both distribution and dividend the same year. They were sold loss, therefore column blank all four them. 
Line 24: This fund was listed SOLD 2011 Finantial Disclosure line 30. That was error, the fund should have been listed "sold part". There was need for list this fund twice the 5/7/2012 report, therefore, line that particular report (5/7/2012) has been deleted. 
Line was bought 06/18/12 and generated income, interest -no change. 
Line was missing from last year's report and was bought 08/02/1 however, the program does not allow add date prior 2012, was listed section bought 01/01/12. was lost the transition from one broker another and Morgan-Stanley realized and added it. pays dividends and shares were sold. 
Line Huntington was bought and sold 2012, therefore listed both Line and 36, however there was gain, therefore was left blank. 
Line "Private Mortgage (Property #1) debtor names are:
