Note The property listed lines 9-l rental property owned Dorado Investments, LLC, investment business owned collectively five individuals and the estate sixth. Rent paid the LLC, mixed with rental income from other LLC properties, and used pay expenses for the various properties owned the LLC and general expenses the LLC. After expenses are paid, income attributed the LLC owners for tax purposes, and some distributions are made owners. Total income attributed from the LLC for 2006, and the value ownership interest the LLC, are shown Line receive rental payments directly from any the properties listed lines 9-16. did not list the separate properties owned the LLC previous disclolsure statements because was not until 2006 that acquired the ability influence decisions concerning the purchase sale LLC. 
Note These water rights were owned some time ago, and, recently learned, may have value excess of$1,000. They were 1ste previous mancrnl 1Selosure atements because did not realize they had value.
