VIII. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION EXPLANATIONS. (lndicarepartofReporL) Part II. The agreement regarding the Wisconsin Department Employee Trust Funds commenced 1992, when Judge Sykes began employment 
Milwaukee County Circuit Judge. Part Item The Union League Club Chicago social and civic association with dining, lodging, and athletic facilities located adjacent the federal complex Chicago. The Club offers guest privileges federal judges. The charge for these limited privileges currently $720 year (the yearly dues for full Club membership $2520.00). Members the federal judiciary who receive such Club privileges may not hold office, serve committees, entitled vote. Judicial officers with these guest privileges pay for food and athletic services the same base Club members. Part VII. The Midcap Equity Index Fund, Janus Fund, and Debt Index Fund were eliminated from the Wisconsin Deferred Compensation Program. Therefore, these accounts were rolled over into the BGI Mid Cap Equity -Collective Vanguard Admiral Treasury Money Market, and BG! Debt Index Fund, respectively. Part VII. The income during reporting period (column B(2)) for Assets !through and through market gain/appreciation.
