Sir, just read the complaint concerning your lawsuit against the State Arizona's bill
SB1070.
Not jurist, was amazed the gobble-goop contained.
The Federal Government being the supreme inaker laws that is, should able
identify OUR state's attempt control the illeg iinmigration. DRS, Border patrol and ICE are NOT doing their job! any given night, you can sit your porch Marana, Sierra Vista, Benson, Douglas and any other border town, and watch the illegals crossing into our state not just one two, but squads and platoons them being guided across the dese11 but the "coyotes" who are making buck off their misery. you called any the local ICE, BP, sheriff departments, either they were/are handcuffed 'political correctness, lack personnel stop them. Now 1070 removes those handcuffs and gives them the power enforce the Federal laws that was designed around.
President Obama states that our borders ..are safer than they have ever been ... but today, here Arizona, Pinal County Sheriff Paul Barbeau's life has been threatened the Mexican cartel's for doing his job.: there were people killed gun battle south ofNogales, Az, rival gangs that penetrate our borders nightly. would love have some you people that live 2000 miles away, who tell we're safe, come any the border towns and spend some time talking the ranchers and people who live here wht's going on, not from some fact-finding panel that gets their briefing from the DHS, other bureaucratic generated report. also remember that somewhere the Constitution, there clause (A11icle4, Section that states and shall protect each them against Invasion; and Application the Legislature, the Executive (when the Legislature cannot convened) against domestic Violence. are war with the Mexican cartels and American taxpayer, would love have the ability not pay you for the frivolous lawsuit that will net not one change the illegals floe.king across the 'safe' borders

After reading the DOJ's complaint was reminded about recent Homeland Security Subcommittee mark up(June 24, which Rep. John Carter (R-TX) offered motion broaden ICE's overall mission statement. Specifically, Rep. Carter wanted include language the mission statement that spoke ICE's overall responsibility "stop" arrest all illegal immigrants, whether they had criminal record not.
While this motion was rejected the subcommittee, felt may some interest you seems though Rep. Unless you have completely prostituted yourself politics, there simply way that you can read understand the FRCP and then decide start putting references decided cases elements the allegations your complaint. What the Arizona supposed with that? Admit your characterization? Deny it? waste everyone's time having defer response pointing out the judge that you are diddling around with self-serving pronouncements about the meaning someone else's words? would bet virtually anything you have never tried case any consequence, and never will. God help all that the taxpayers front your salary.
