Dear Judge Smith: reference your letter August 2006, submit the following: 	
Lake Groves: indicated 2005 report, virtually all the assets Lake Lucy Groves were sold, and reflected gain code Part VII {1) ($1,000,000 -$5,000,000). This figure includes the gain attributable children. 2005 personal income tax return reflects portion this gain Ordinary Income of$149,187.00, and Part Sec. 1231 gain of$1,075,905. 	
Northern Trust Account have reviewed 2004 report and believe that this account was reflected item #18 under Part VII. 

U.S. Inflation Index NTS DTD 1115/2001-The 2005 Report lists the Treasury TIP's item #41. 	Medco Health Sol. Common Stock-I received the Medco stock dividend fr9m holding Merck Stock. have since sold the Medco stock. The records necessary for determine the date sale and the proceeds (which were minimal) are storage. The Palm Beach Courthouse closed for storm repairs November 19, 2004 and many financial records have been storage since 

that time. Hopefully, will regain access the materials soon. Right now, expected that the Courthouse will reopen within the next sixty ninety days.
