Please find enclosed records responsive your August 25, request under the Freedom Information Act (FOIA). Specifically, your request sought (I) all records concerning mission taskings, 
(2) all records concerning transportation costs, and (3) all passenger manifests (DD-2131) relating First Lady Michelle Obama's August 2010 trip Spain. 
After reasonable search, located pages responsive documents and are releasing all pages with redactions. The redactions consist personally identifying information Secret Service, military, and security personnel under FOIA exemptions (b)(6) and/or (b)(7)(C). Both exemptions protect this private information from disclosure, unless the privacy interest the information outweighed asserted public interest disclosure the information. public interest warrants disclosure here.
