However, based what print the articles, appears though all the blame being placed Cincinnati. Joseph Grant and others who came Cincinnati last specially told the low-level workers Cincinnati that one would "thrown under the bus." Based the articles, Cincinnati wasn't publicly "thrown under the bus" instead was hit convoy mack trucks. 
Was also communicate that conference Washington that the low-level workers Cincinnati asked the Washington Office for assistance and the Washington Office took action provide guidance the low-level workers? 
One the low-level workers Cincinnati received voice mail message this morning from the POA for one his advocacy cases asking the status would changing per "Lois Lerner's comments." What would you like for tell the POA? 
How supposed keep the low-level workers motivated when the public believes they are nothing more than low-level and now will have respect for how they are working cases? The attitude/morale employees the lowest has ever been. have employees leaving for the day and making comments managers that "this low -level worker leaving for the day." Other employees are making sarcastic comments about not being thrown under the bus. And still other employees are upset about how their family and iends are going react these comments and how portrays the quality their work. 
The past year and half has been miserable enough because all the auto revocation issues and the lack insight from Executives see need for rategic planning that included having anyone from
eterminations involved the upfront planning this work. Now, our leader publicly referring employees who are the ones producing all this work with fewer resources than ever low-level workers!
