Judicial Conference the United
States Committee Financial Disclosure
One Columbus Circie
Washington, D.C. 20544 Whom May Concern:
The Committee Financial Disclosure has inquired concerning
two items Calendar Year 2005 Filing.

The first iriquiry concerned Gander Mountain, listed Part
VII, Page Line 18. This item held within self-directed
IRA. was purchased with portion the funds which have been that account for many years. The value the account has not,
unfortunately, gone higher letter val?e.

The second item the Alliance Bernadien, listed Part
VII, Page Line 10, previously shown the 2004 Report, but absent from the 2005 Filing. This because those funds, part wifes self-directed IRA, were liquidated 2005, and rolled into the Sit Fund shown Line The transfer did not materially affect the value. hope this responds your inquiries.
Very truly yours,
