restricted stock grants that totally vest 2008. Under later contract, certain 2006. The valuation given value the restricted stock grant though the stock vests the third anniversary xercised certain earlier granted options during 2006. 
Regarding the investment the Vanguard Fund, this investment made through employer 401 plan sponsored 411i9mployer. The yearly statutory maximum met the first quarter although not know the exact dates purchase. 
Regarding the Thrift Savings Plan Common Stock Index Fund, this investment made through employer 401 plan sponsored the U.S. Courts. Deductions are made monthly fund this investment.
