Item 11: Morgan Stanley Bank Deposits became the recipient stock sales and dividends during the year. Accordingly, the transactions are described transfer and, number transfers were made stocks were sold and dividends received, the date each transfer not listed. The total amount the transfers reflected the value code. 
Item 17: Last year's report indicated that all shares American Capital Income Builder Mutual Fund were sold. This was incorrect. The report should have listed partial, not total sale. The remaining holding this Fund correctly listed Item 17. 
Item 49: Legg Mason Capital and Income Fund now known Legg Mason ClearBridge Equity Income Builder Fund. 
Item 59: Northrup Grummon stock was sold March 2009 and the sale was inadvertently omitted from the 2009 report. The information item accurate for the March 2009 sale.
