Therefore, have asked accountant delete
the transaction reporting for each. Second, Part VII, page line 11, "Nuveen Tax-Free Unit Trust" has now been delineated with. denote that the asset had both 
value and income below the reporting level the prior year. This iltem will not reported the 2004 Fina1[)cial Disclosure Report the event noted was terminating distribution.
