This letter response your Freedom oflnformation Act (FOIA) request dated July 20, 2011. that request, Judicial Watch sought the following records between July 2011 and the present that consist of: (1) all communications demonstrating which media outlets and individual reporters were invited and/or pe1mitted participate Monday's [July 18, 2011] teleconference and which were expressly implicitly included; (2) all communications indicating which media outlets and individual reporters signaled their intent attend/participate not Monday's teleconference; (3) the substance and logistics all meetings -by telephone, online, and person -arranging Monday's teleconference; and all other communications including thirdpatty communications -stemming from Monday's teleconference -including those occurring before, during, and after the teleconference.
