up. Catherine Duval was present with Austin. They wanted know the timing the pick-up and
had seen the transmittal documentation that would signing for the material. told them that tlie
pick-up was rescheduled for 12:30 pm. also told them that had not seen the transmittal
documentation, but had been described basic transmittal receipt. Austin and Catherin
further inquired there were any conditions associated with the transmittal. said not
knowledge, but had not seen it. told them that had asked for advance copy review, but
told would available pick-up. also told Austin and Catherine that would not sign could not meet the conditions. They agreed.
Austin called back few minutes later and let voice message, while was talking another
line. Anstin message, said had contacted Williams Connolly out about the
transmittal documentation. Austin said learned that the Williams Connolly transmittal
documentation was basic receipt with conditions attached and Williams Connolly did not
signing reciprocal receipt from us.

Austin Evers called short while ago check the status the HRC material pick-
up. Catherine Duval was present with Austin. They wanted know the timing the pick-up and
had seen the transmittal documentation that would signing for the material. told them that tlie
pick-up was rescheduled for 12:30 pm. also told them that had not seen the transmittal
documentation, but had been described basic transmittal receipt. Austin and Catherin
further inquired there were any conditions associated with the transmittal. said not
knowledge, but had not seen it. told them that had asked for advance copy review, but
told would available pick-up. also told Austin and Catherine that would not sign could not meet the conditions. They agreed.
Austin called back few minutes later and let voice message, while was talking another
line. Anstin message, said had contacted Williams Connolly out about the
transmittal documentation. Austin said learned that the Williams Connolly transmittal
documentation was basic receipt with conditions attached and Williams Connolly did not
signing reciprocal receipt from us.
