There are two issues that received wide coverage Turkish press about Sinpas are the
purchasing land Atakoy, Istanbul, through tender and winning the bid tender
that was opened sell Turkish bank, Adabank.
Sinpas won the tender opened for the sales 124,000m2 land Atakoy, Istanbul,
September 2008, which very valuable part the city. Sinpas won the tender
offering 850million, which approximately $600million todays exchange. According the terms the tender, there was 20% down payment followed payment
installmenets. There was news the press that there has been problem the
payments far. Mr. Avni Celik said that they might partner with Qatari company
financing this acquisition. This company most probably the Barwa company based out
Qatar (www.barwa.com.qa) the same month, September 2008, Kok Menkul, whose 36% shares are owned Sinpas Group
cording statement Mr. Avni Celik, won the tender acquire Adabank, that was sales Saving Deposits Investment Fund (SDIF)by offering $57million. Adabank owned Uzan Holding, which went bankrupt 2001 crisis and was taken over the government through the SDIF agency. The tender yet authorized SDIF.
The only repercussion that appeared Turkish press with respect this tender was
follows: Board directors Kok Menkul was composed three parties, one which
Mr. Avni Celik. The other two parties were Mr. Barbaros Ceylan and Mr. Yusuf Aksu.

Terry and have been going back through our files. the Mexican Insurance Association, both have found the subsponsor memo that approved Oracle
subsponsor for the event (attached). Neither can find the underlying State approval for Mexican Insurance
and appears from memo you sent January, that two the entities the January memo (Officer
Distributuidora ... ;Mexican Assn; and Ceska) were approved January memo from you, and Mexican
Assn appears have been overlooked; (yet not for the purposes the subsponsers). our best conjecture
that either: was overlooked States response was not overlooked, State did approve it, cant
find the memo, and the attached approval Oracle subsponser for the Mexican Insurance event evidence that approval.

immediately locate the paperwork for the Needham event, did confirm with predecessor that the event presents
