JOINT STATUS REPORT
Pursuant the Court February 2016 Order, Plaintiff Judicial Watch, Inc. and
Defendant United States Department State, and through the undersigned counsel, hereby
submit this Joint Status Report. the Court will recall, this case concerns Plaintiff requests under the Freedom
Information Act. Defendant reports that has finished its search for responsive documents and
has collected approximately 5,800 pages documents, most all which are believed
responsive Plaintiff FOIA requests. Defendant anticipates producing non-exempt documents
responsive Plaintiff FOIA requests, with the exception cooperation agreements sought
paragraph Plaintiff May 22, 2015 request, see Dkt. May 2016. Defendant will
thereafter produce non-exempt portions the aforementioned cooperation agreements
rolling basis, with productions occurring every thirty days. The parties agree file joint status
reports the date each document production.
The parties further agree that once all non-exempt responsive documents have been

produced, the parties will meet and confer attempt informally resolve any issues that may
exist regarding the document productions. the parties are unable resolve any such issues,
they will propose briefing schedule the Court within days the completion the final
document release. proposed Order attached.
