This means inquiries will continue forwarded email Dave Rifkin they have been for the past half-year. 
I'm not sure how much this weighed her consideration, but did mention that the OAR procedure used TAS for their inquiries was more burdensome than the informal email inquiries used GL. suggested that TAS might want consider new arrangement with that would allow for informal inquiries certain situations. 
Although I'm sure some the GLs would have liked get away from these inquiries, I'm glad that were able settle more efficient process.
