(1977-1985), both and the University contributed his behalf this nation-wide pension fund for University professors. The fund administered board trustees. Although Judge Ripple continues teach the University, neither nor the University contributes the fund part this arrangement.

Judge Ripple has transferred any interest may have these materials the United States Government. 
Judge Ripple received sample text books for the courses that teaches the University Notre Dame. These books were received under established programs through which publishers send such books all professors and ask that the professors consider the books for classroom use.
