Pursuant the provisions the Freedom Information Act (FOIA), U.S.C.  552, Judicial Watch, Inc. hereby requests that the U.S. Mru'ine Corps produce, within twenty (20) business days: 	
Any and all recordings made preparation for the 2013 Presidential Inauguration Ceremony Beyonce Knowles-Carter signing the Star Spangled Banner, Kelly Clarkson singing Country 'Tis Thee, James Taylor signing America the Beautful, and/or the '"President's Own" Marine Band. Such recording include both those played and not played during the 2013 Presidential Inauguration Ceremony. 	
Any and all documents concerning, regarding, relating the use ofrccordings during the 2013 Presidential Inauguration Ceremony. Such records include, but are not limited to, contingency plans for decision Beyonce Knowles-Carter, Kelly Clarkson, James Taylor "lip sync'' their performance during the 2013 Presidential Inauguration Ceremony. 

Any and all correspondence between any employee, official officer the U.S. Marine Band and the Presidential InaugW'al Conunittee, Beyonce Knowles-Carter, Kelly Clarkson, James Taylor concerning, regarding, relating the use recordings during the 2013 Presidential Inauguration Ceremony. any responsive record portion thereof claimed exempt from production under FOIA, please provide sufficient identifying information with respect each allegedly exempt record portion thereof allow assess the propriety the claimed exemption.
