known Firstar Bank, N.A. and First National Bank Cincinnati) did the 28th day October, 1986, iake and enter into Agreement Trust (the Original Trust Agreement) set forth the terms, provisions and conditions upon which certain property should held the 
trusts established thereby; and 
 
WHEREAS, the Original Trust Agreement reserved Grantor the right and power, during her lifetime, amend and modify any the terms and provisions thereof; and 
WHEREAS, Grantor, acting accordance with the terms the 1999 Restatement, has removed BANK, Trustee this Trust and has appointed 
successor Trustee the Trust; and 
WHEREAS, the Original Trust Agreement most recently was restated its entirety the 1999 Restatement Agreement Trust executed Grantor and Bank, May 14, 1999 (the 1999 Restatement); and 
WHEREAS, the 1999 Restatement reserved Grantor the right and power, during her lifetime, amend and modify any the terms and provisions thereof; and 
WHEREAS, now considered desirable set forth the terms and conditions the 1999 Restatement, amended, with certain changes therein hereinafter set forth; 
NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor and Trustee execute this instrument for the purpose restating the trust its entirety and hereby agree that this instrument shall constitute the amended Trust Agreement, its entirety, this date. The Trust Agreement restated, therefore, shall read follows:
