Line -Rocky Bay Trust, Massachusetts Business Trust, which the reporting party shareholder, owns all the stock Slade Gorton Co., Inc., Massachusetts corp. ("the Company"). Income reported Section VII virtue common stock holdings the reporting party Rocky Bay Trust attributable his pro rata share the income the Company which taxed corporation whereby all corporate income deemed passed through and taxable the individual stockholders the Trust whether not such income is, fact, distributed. The value the stock holdings appraised beinnially certified financial analyst. 
Line -In 1997 the reporting party funded charitable remainder trust which they are the income beneficiaries for life but which they retain right principal.
