Investments and Trusts: New York State Employees Retirement System: Defined Benefit Pension Plan prior employer (New York State) was listed prior annual disclosure filings asset valued excess of$5,000 due filer's ability withdraw the cash value filer's plan contributions prior filer's receipt pension benefits. Filer became eligible receive and did receive pension benefit distributions beginning 2012 and such, the filer longer may make any such withdrawal. such, per the Filing Instructions for Part Vil pp. 52-53 (issued January 2013) regarding previously reported asset that becomes unreportable without corresponding reportable transaction," the asset described column with "(Y)", columns B-D are left blank, and this explanatory note provided. addition, the gross value the benefit distributions received this filing year are reported Non-Investment Income Part III-A this report, and the Agreement with regard benefit distributions has been, is, and will continue reported Part this report.
