Tavern Club, extended honorary memberships me. the Spring 1996, the Lotos Club 
New York City awarded honorary membership. honorary member not required pay

Advisory Opinion No. (1975) the Judicial Conference Advisory Committee, addressing 
complimentary memberships, concludes that (1) receipt complimentary membership permitted 
under Canon SC, and (2) the value the membership, ifin excess of$100, should reported the 
financial disclosure form permitted gift. 
 
The University Clubs 1993 initiation fee for resident member years age older was 
$4,000, and 2006 monthly dues charged resident members years age older were $165. 
 
The City Tavern Clubs 1993 initiation fee for resident member was $625, and 2006 
monthly dues charged resident members were $180. 
 
The Lotos Clubs 1996 initiation fee for nonresident member was $2,000, and 2006 annual dues charged nonresident members was $1,250. designated the following:
