PLAINTIFF REQUEST FOR JUDICIAL NOTICE SUPPORT ITS MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
Plaintiff Kawa Orthodontics, LLP Kawa Ortho counsel and pursuant Rule the Federal Rules Civil Procedure and Rule 201 the Federal Rules Evidence,
respectfully requests that the Court take judicial notice the following adjudicative facts and/or
public records support Kawa Ortho Motion for Summary Judgment. grounds therefor,
Kawa Ortho states follows:
Judicial notice means which adjudicative facts not seriously open
dispute are established true without the normal requirement proof evidence. Dippin 
Dots, Inc. Frosty Bites Distribution, LLC, 369 F.3d 1197, 1204 (11th Cir. 2004); Fed. Evid.
201(a) and (b); see also Fed. Evid. 201(a). Adjudicative facts are facts that are relevant
