All mutual funds and equity investments have automatic reinvestment features, with income from those funds and equities used purchase additional shares. The Wachovia Money Market Fund held within the IRA cash sweep account with monies held interest bearing deposit account. The Wachovia Money Market Fund was used purchase the asset described line accordance with advice the Filing Instructions, deposits into and withdrawals from money market funds have not been reported.
