Whistleblower Protection – M. Dennis Sculimbrene

Former Special Agent M. Dennis Sculimbrene heroically took on Bill and Hillary Clinton in the infamous Filegate scandal.  Thanks to his bravery and his truthful testimony, Judicial Watch is able to continue to fight to bring the Clintons to justice.

Special Agent Sculimbrene, who was responsible for background checks at The White House, exposed the suspicious connection between Hillary Rodham Clinton and former bar bouncer and Filegate figure Craig Livingstone.  Livingstone served as the Clinton Administration’s White House Security Office Chief thanks to the personal recommendation of Mrs. Clinton.  During Livingstone’s tenure, at the direction of Hillary Clinton, the Clinton White House improperly requested “hundreds of FBI files” of former Reagan and Bush staffers.  The information was then used against political opponents of the Clintons.

In retaliation for testifying about various Clinton scandals, Special Agent Sculimbrene was subjected to an illegal FBI background investigation, had his White House pass removed, and was forced out of his assignment at the White House because, according to his supervisor, his presence “made the First Family uncomfortable.”  Subsequent to his dismissal, Special Agent Sculimbrene was harassed and intimidated by FBI agents sent to his house to question him.

Case Status

Special Agent Sculimbrene has obtained a settlement in the lawsuit Judicial Watch filed on his behalf.
