The Ghana delegation was received by Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton and attorney Meredith Cavallo at the request of the U.S. Department of State’s Institution of International Education.

The Ghanaian judiciary is in the process of modernizing its court system and “establishing a more meaningful code of ethics for members of the bar and bench.”  Judicial Watch was asked to discuss its activities as an ethical and legal watchdog over government, legal and judicial systems.
