ABOUT THE SCANDAL
Charged with collecting taxes and enforcing the Internal Revenue Code, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is one of the most powerful agencies of the Federal Government. Beginning in 2010 members of the IRS Tax Exempt and Government Entities Division began targeting “Tea Party” and other conservative groups for extra scrutiny and harassment. Judicial Watch is on the front lines fighting for accountability and vigorously investigating this scandal. We won’t stop until the criminals involved in the IRS Targeting Scandal are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law.
