Washington, DC

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton issued the following statement today in response to a decision by the Los Angeles County Superior Court in Judicial Watch’s taxpayer lawsuit to end Special Order 40, a Los Angeles Police Department illegal alien sanctuary policy (Judicial Watch, Inc. v The Los Angeles Police Department et. al, Case No. BC349040). The court ruled the lawsuit cannot proceed to trial.

“Special Order 40 is a dangerous sanctuary policy that clearly violates federal immigration laws and it should be stopped. Simply put, federal law gives every police officer the discretion to communicate with federal authorities about an individual’s immigration status. Special Order 40 makes it harder for federal authorities to enforce our nation’s immigration law. This “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy benefits no one but lawbreakers and places LA residents at risk. We do not want any more innocents to die because of Special Order 40. We will consider an appeal and additional legal challenges.”

In May of 2006, Judicial Watch filed a taxpayer lawsuit in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Los Angeles asking the court to prohibit the LAPD from expending taxpayer funds to enforce and maintain Special Order 40, which violates both federal immigration laws and California law.

Special Order 40 Lawsuit

Please keep fighting for the safety of the US people , thank you for the light on the subject that plague us in Los Angeles.

I'd hope so

"We will consider an appeal and additional legal challenges"

I think I'd file official complaints against all public officials who wrote, passed & enforce SO40 as a direct violation of their oath of office, one could even include RICO & treason charges.

There's a definite easily provable link between sub-prime home loan lending policies & illegal immigration, there's a direct path of corruption & pay offs from illegals & their profiteers to the politicians selling out our sovereignty.

30% of all America's sub-prime loans are in CA
60% of all America's ARM loans are in CA

There's only one reason to allow, promote and subsidize "liar loans" as public policy, to accomodate illegal immigration in exchange for a "cut" of the revenues.

Look at the CFC complaint with CA AG Jerry Brown, his seester (Kathleen Brown) was on the CFC "Responsible Lending Practices Committee" she was a CFC "Director", she was also deeply affiliated with the criminal political establishment promoting & profitting from illegal immigration.

The Mayor of LA flys around the country with his mistress on the Ameriquest jet.

Google "Ameriquest settlement"-its the ammo for a RICO lawsuit against illegal alien profiteers.

special Order 40

I will contribute funds specifically dedicated to appealing this decision or to pursuing a different action to force the local police to enforce immigration laws.

Los Angeles

I am angry and disgusted that liberal judges will allow this country to be invaded and taken over by illegal aliens, instead of sticking up for American citizens. Los Angeles Schools are about to be taken over by the state, the rate of achievement is so low-Hospitals are closing everyday because of the abuse of illegal aliens...the gov. wants them to have welfare and all social programs so American citizens all over the country can support them.

You should file a lawsuit on behalf of American citizens everywhere that LA policies are detrimental to American citizens all over the country who have to foot the bills for California idiots

Special Order 40 DANGER WITHIN

Keep up the fight is Rico even possible?

The latest incident in Phoenix causes a great concern. Mexico Military working for drug cartels are now committing home invasions and murder for hire far within our borders. Three individuals caught dressed in full black gear wearing Ballastic helmets, bullet proof vests, Phoenix PD Raid shirts, boots, holsters and armed with pistols plus AR-15's breeched a Phoenix home and killed a male over drugs. Apparently their being sent into our country to kill off their opposition who are taking up safe residence within the U.S. They were ready and planning to kill Phoenix Officer's.

We have a serious problem and its way out of hand. When Police are not safe no one is. Stopping law enforcement from enforcing our laws is an illegal act and is now aiding Mexican Cartel to place every citizen in immediate danger. This is going to only increase in frequency. After all, to them they now have a green light message.

Sign up for a monthly donation to Judicial Watch they need our support, their all we have and that is problamatic in itself. Elected Officials have failed us by not up holding the law of the land and are deeply involved in aiding and abetting, it is called treason. How many more citizen lives have to be placed in the line of immediate deadly danger for action to be taken?

SO40--

go for it and fight back.. I would gladly help with a special contribution.

Special Order 40 and California in general

All I ask in my state and country is that everyone obey our laws just as I have to do. I feel discriminated against because I must obey our laws, yet there are those who are told they don't have to. And then I have to pay for them to be allowed to continue to break our laws, to steal identities and commit fraud! The mayor of L.A. is escorted to Capital Hill by Diane Feinstein, begging for our tax dollars to fight gangs in his city, yet both these people protect the lawbrakers who masquerade as immigrants! The mayor of San Francisco is seen on TV saying, "I don't care what the law says, San Francisco is a sanctuary city!" Exactly, he does not care about the law. Neither do Feinstein, Boxer or Pelosi who all reside in that city. Now I understand what the term, San Francisco Values means. Both L.A. and S.F. mayors want to be governor of my state! I think I hear a chorus from legislators coming out of Sacramento, "We don't care what the law says!", as they are passing a law to prohibit the use of e-verify by state contractors, and encouraging all employers to stop using it! They have passed many laws that protect, not me, but the lawbreakers. Jerry Brown, elected the top lawman in the state, decides to place his main office in the sancturary city Oakland, where he was mayor! As other cities and states across the country are coming to the realization that officials were elected to serve and protect the legal citizens of this country, California continues to actively protect the lawbreakers, putting out the welcome sign for even more to come here from cities and states cracking down, or across the borders, or those who ignore the VISA rules. California legislators refuse to acknowledge that they are on my payroll, they work for me, I am their boss. I say to them, "You are rotten corrupt employees and you are fired!"
Judicial Watch, I have supported you with donations and and will continue to do so. I am beyond grateful that someone is looking out for Americans and our laws. Keep up the fight. I will be right there with you! I was among those who shut down the Senate switchboard when they tried to pass, "The Lawbreaking Employer and Illegal Alien Benifits Act of 2007". When I look at the overall picture I could become very depressed. Instead, it makes me even more angry! I know that we can and will do what has to be done to save our Democracy from being auctioned off the cheapest bidders. I will call, I will write, I will fax, I will e-mail, I will present myself on their doorstep if necessary. I will donate where needed.

Hit them again HARDER. We

Hit them again HARDER.

We are fighting for our very survival as a sovereign nation.

Illegal Immigrants

People who live in California, especially in somewhere that has declared themselves sanctuaries should do two things, which just happened to be the same two two things all Americans. Although this is not one of them you need to squash the race issue.
The first thing we need to do is to replace every person on their second term or higher. I really doubt that the authors of the Constitution even immagined there would be such a thing as a carrer politician. As such, every person in Congress on their second term or higer needs to be replaced (this is not only for Cal. but all of America). This Congress is to corrupt to be straighten out. In addition, since WW II all but 8 years have been controlled by Democrats. At least one part had an elected majority of Democrats. I agree, when the Republicians had elected control of both houses they were worse than the Democrats with their spending. I am pretty sure they learned their lesson, however I know the Democrats didn't. They started back ,most of them where the same old Democrats, and the promises of the worst Speaker of the House ever went flying out the window almost as fast as her head grew! Have you noticed that when the Republicans get caught at something wrong they get nailed, while if noticed or not rarely does a Democrat get punished. For instance Rep. Murther(I guess thats how its spedded) received approximately $400,000 in donation (campaign of PAC) from business in his district. He as charman of the armed services committee, the one who decides who gets what, gave $114.4 million in contracts to only the businesses who "donated" to his campaign but suspeciously not to businesses in his district who did not make a "donation" I have read where there have been several attempts to at least get that investigated legally, however, the Democrats somehow block any attempt to investigate Murther. Also, the second highest receiver of money, less than $167,000, from Fannir of Freddie was Obama, yet I have not heard wheither or not he payed off his loan. Is should not have been any problem, since the Obama's claimed they made $4.2 million last year, they did not say what Dodd, who received more, made last year. So if these two senators did not pay back what they owed, then guess who gets to pay it off. If I could buy a $1.62 million home, then I guess $167,000 shouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately, it is just like politicians, especially when they know the so called news media will not tell about this or just about anything if its their favorite son. The Second thing, also for all Americans I will just tell you about an idea, what about if we all refused to pay all the taxes. Now I'm not suggesting you not pay your taxes, because that would be against the law. However, if it happened we could just call it an emergency taxpayer bailout. After all we can use it to pay our gasoline bill for three weeks or maybe a whole month. Just an idea.
