Why doesn't JW use the FOI act to acquire Obama's birth certificate? It is rumored that he was born outside the US and may mot meet constitutional requirements for the presidency.

As noted by others, it is CRUCIAL that both candidates provide undeniable legal proof that they qualify as "natural born".
The law that McCain supporters cite was enacted when McCain was a year old. This automatically made him a U.S. citizen - but not a NATURAL BORN citizen. The fine line of this law should be challenged in court.
Obama has NEVER produced a legal birth certificate (with appropriate seals and signatures). He has only cirulated a "reproduction" on a questionable website. Since he has stated that he posesses this certificate, he should be sued and forced to make public this document. His Mother did not have residency qualifications to automatically make him "natural born".
Is there anything you can do? Is there anything we can do? This is of utmost urgency, lest we elect a person, according to our Constitution, who is not eligible to be president.

Please help stop this travesty being foisted on American citizens.

PS: as a side note, Obama could not possibly obtain "top secret" clearance if he were applying for any other (lesser) position with the U.S. government. He has dual citizenship, admitted drug use. admitted ties to terrorists and close family members in a foreign country. And of course, questionable birth.

How can JW have anymore credibility when JW hasn't attacked the biggest fraud of century? Obama's abstract birth certificate is not a vital record and it would not be accepted to get a passport in any state, except of course, Illinois, via his Chicago buddies. Yet this man has been elected President? Why is Obama getting an absolute pass on this? Numerous lawsuits have been filed with the Supreme Court and they have been denied for ridiculous reasons. Not only is he holding back his real birth certificate, if he has one (oh but since he really is a British citizen, he must have a British Record of Birth for being born in Kenya), he has failed to produce to the public under the freedom of information acts, all of his school records and his Harvard thesis. How is it that he was able to attend a Christian School, registered as a Muslim, in Indonesia when Indonesia was off limits to American citizens unless of course he was made an Indonesia citizen through the adoption of his mother's Indonesia husband Soetoro? What an absolute shame that we can't even depend on Judicial Watch to get the job done. Our country will not survive 4 years of Obama and proving his ineligibility maybe the only vehicle to get him removed before he destroys our nation. Is JW supported by George Soros too?

Obama, who resides in our White House, has never furnished proof that he is eligible to hold the office of presidency.

Why is Judicial Watch not joining in the legal actions to require this issue be resolved? The only coverage I find on our site (I am a member) is from others asking the same question!
