Many Thanks! to our American Suprem courts
Many Thanks! to our American Suprem courts FOR DOING THERE JOB! I'm sure that every State and county across America already have Laws on there books to take care of Rape charges! Prez Bush has been catering to Mexico's Government for a while, and I wonder why he would get involved with known DRUG DEALERS??? allso Prez Bush has EXCEEDED HIS AUTHORITY (IN MANY OTHER INSTANCES)???
I was slightly relieved that
I was slightly relieved that we could find at least a partial ounce of justice still available in this "new world order" with it's "new world servers". Our government has been hijacked any way you want to cut it. This active coup de tat has to be opposed, violently if necassary. I'm preparing, are you?
The right call for now...
I believe Chief Justice John Roberts made the correct call about our temporary national sovereignty. President Bush jumped the gun in this regard because technically, the complete, final surrender of the United States to Mexican illegal alien criminals isn't scheduled until sometime after John McCain's inauguration next January. Congress will have to pass the Kennedy/McCain Illegal Alien Amnesty Bill, setting out the exact terms of our surrender to Mexico, before former sovereign states like Texas are legally required to obey the whims of Mexican President Felipe Calderon. Until then, Texas can still execute scum like Jose Medellin, but they should hurry up and do so. Under Mexican law, raping and murdering American citizens is not considered a serious offense. I understand that John McCain is hoping to land a cabinet post Felipe Calderon's government and has strong support among the Mexican criminal community for his promises of $50/hr lettuce picking jobs for unskilled Mexicans.
illigal mexicans
Just think, if we had a President that would enforce the laws of the United States of America, that would see to it that the American people were protected from the illigal criminal element from other countries (Mexico), maybe there wouldn't be so many dead and maimed American citizens. How many years will it take us to get over Bush and his stupid open door policy towards illigal Mexicans?
I AM ASHAMED OF US (U.S.) not texas
This was a court order BY A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION (They have the right to make the order)

In March 2005, the United States pulled out of the Optional Protocol to the Convention, which allows the International Court of Justice to have compulsory jurisdiction over disputes arising under the Convention.

NOTE: I AM LAWYER I AM TALKING LOGICAL NOT LEGALLY
IT IS AS IF A U.S STATE SAID THAT THE U.S. SUPREME DOES NOT HAVE JURISDICTION.
I CONSIDER IT WRONG. WE SHOULD BE BOUND TO THE COURT FOR ANY TREATIES (WHICH MEANS MULTI-JURISDICTIONAL (CITIES, COUNTIES, STATES, COUNTRIES) THAT WE ARE A PARTY TO.
It is that or risk a r m e d conflict.
