Many catholic priests are for the illegals. They want them to have free medicald services and welfare. They think Texas belongs to Mexico. They use money given to them by church goers to finance some of their operations. Saying anything becomes a problem, as you are tagged a hater of Mexican Catholics.
The problem of "illegals" has been fostered and condoned mostly by the democratic party especially in urban areas as a way to build a dependent voting block and profit. The politicians create "subsidized" profit areas where "illegals" migrate and political insiders can invest in resulting declining neighborhood housing and their rentals which after a time when crime and poverty spills out, direct government rehabilitation funds to such investments. They profit both ways through the "illegals". Further, the politicians set themselves up as the "go to" people to solve the crime, education, and social ills, of course, with manipulating required large amounts of taxpayer dollars to address such, making themselves indispensable. The political insiders and "savvy" investors guarantee continuation of such activities by generously contributing to the political campaigns with the benefitted population voting for, or as directed by the "hand that feeds". The politicians disregard the idea that they might ultimately be facilitating drug cartels/terrorists and others with organizations employing numbers of police and military personnel to advance their power in addition to using overwhelming number of "illegals" for their operations. Why else would politicians oppose positive identification to vote, purchase property, obtain loans or even require identification to send money outside the U.S. Of course, the politicos have no concept of living in a predominantly "illegal" area festering with gangs, drugs, waking to gunfire in the night, and fearing being identified as a possible caller much less witness to police. These terrorists have been here for years increasing and empowered through past amnesties and without enforcement in earnest will continue to increase and force a detrimental change of life of the U.S. citizen.
The Senate of the wonderful State of Idaho has passed a proposal to allow the building and operation of a shiny, brand-new MEXICAN Consulate here in the 'wonderful' City of Boise! All of this without even a bit of public participation in any of the discussions. You would never guess who is one of the largest champions of this short-sighted proposal:

We shouldn't also forget to mention the very generous help of the Intermountain States Group's - Agency For New Americans - who are responsible for dumping untold numbers of "refugees" in our midst without even educating them in the use of a stove. ( The reminder here is based on a news article from about two years ago of a fire that nearly destroyed an apartment complex. The cause: a campfire in the living room for the purposes of cooking by a family from an African Country! )
If we here in Boise see this consulate become a reality, our quality of life will surely suffer! Neighboring Canyon County already has had quite a surge in gang-related violence to include "drive by" shootings and other hostile gunfire within its neighborhoods. ( All related to rampant drug-trafficking. )
We have more than enough resources to eliminate this nonsense while defending our interests abroad at the same time. It's not a question of resources, it's a question of will. Actually, under the posse comitatus act of 1878, the states can't use the military for policing the borders. If the president tried to do that he'd be jailed for a minimum of 2 years and have huge fines to pay. Leave it to the border patrol, just beef them up by a few thousand.
Posse comitatus refers to 'keeping the peace'. As in military cannot be used in regular police activity. There is a war on our border. War is not regular police activity. Are you saying if we fought a war on our own soil we couldn't use the military? Grow up. Border Patrol can't do it; this isn't what they signed up for and they don't have the training that is required. Jobs being given to those who swore to defend this country that put them behind desks can be given to civilians. We need our border fenced and manned and those with arms having permision to use them when they deem nessisary.
What we need to do as a society is to draw a line in the sand here and no further, cops need to let us the average citizen know that they want us to help protect them too.
