I am a 23 year old female, i just received the gardasil vaccination 2 days ago. I now have a swollen thumb that is numb, i can barely move it, hives all down my left arm..which is the arm the vaccine was injected. My whole body is hot to the touch, it looks as if i'm sun=burnt but I have not been in the sun. I have the chills, my body hurts and my throat also swelled up. it is ridiculous and i do NOT plan on getting my 2nd and 3rd vaccinations for fear of the adverse effects becoming worse with each shot. I do know if it worsens tomorrow I will be going to the hospital. I've never in my life had reactions to anything but to this i have. I've been researching this topic all night and I am bringing up more neg. than positive.
If you have sole custody, the decision is strictly yours and the father of your daughter does not have a say in the matter. However, if you have joint LEGAL custody, then you both have the legal right to make the decision in regard to the vaccine by consulting with each other. The step-mother has no right to decide this for your child regardless of the custody arrangement, and the doctor's office in at fault for giving the shot without your verbal consent. Once again, depending on your custody agreement, you should consult your attorney. But if the father has full custody, then the decision is not legally yours. By the way, if you are the parent bringing your child to the doctor, you should always stay with them. If business was more important, you should have made the appointment for another day. You left your child with her step-mother so perhaps she was doing what she thought was best for the child at the time. Kids come first, even over business!!!! Since the step-mother works at that practice, perhaps it is time to consider a different doctor for your daughter.

Someone tell me why sodium borate is in this vaccine, borax, (roach poison). Why wasnt it tested for its toxic affects by Merck when already it is know for years to be toxic and has adverse affects on also the reproductive system of both girls and boys.

Since her shot in July, she has deteriorated even more. No sports, no running, most food makes her sick, and her immune system is compromised. Lot's of missed days of school, Dr's cannot figure out what exactly is wrong. Treating her for IBS, but looking into hypoglycemia.
Why are there no long term effect studies out there? What else do we have to worry about? Even if the actual vaccine wears off (as suggested) the snowball affect of all the other illnesses created by the vaccine will continue to cause her problems, probably for the rest of her life. I did the research, and thought I made an informed decision, I was wrong.
Writng in to these blogs helps to vent a little, but this Mom is going to take it further. Advocacy people, get out and spread the word. Back it up with documentation, and don't back down. So big pharma gets po'd, good, maybe they will re-think this vaccine, and the FDA should be held accountable too. As for making it a mandatory vaccine, if it is not for a contagious disease that can cause a pandemic, it should not be mandatory. Flu shots aren't mandatory and the flu is much worse.

My mom took DES while pregnant w-me, and as a result I was BORN with cervical dysplasia. Had scheduled colposcopies annually until I escaped and went to Britain for 15 years. After returning to the US, I never had another one, and have no more danger of getting cancer than anyone else, per my (maverick) MD. Once or twice after a pap I was told I had the virus, or "an inflammation". In other words, I'm fine!
PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR CHILDREN VACCINATED. The damage is cumulative, so there is no harm in not finishing the course of the vaccine. I am an RN, and the evidence is there for anyone with eyes to see it, that vaccines do harm. Who wants to gamble that they'll be the lucky ones with no APPARENT damage done? Who knows what the hidden damage is? Nobody in the medical establishment has asked the questions that would be necessary to quantify all possible harmful results of the vaccines.
Half hour after receiving her 1st injection (15/10/08) my 12 yr old daughter suffered severe headaches, over the following 48 hours she collapsed 5 times, she has been hospitalised ever since, she has not stood or walked since that time!! All test including nuero are negative the doctors can find nothing wrong with her, we are at our wits end, please can you help or advice me.
I dont believe she is the 1st to have such a reaction, I am currently trying to raise awareness in the UK regarding all the horror stories I have discovered. The vaccination programme only startrd here in the begining of October.

What are the muscular side effects of this drug. My daughter has taken 2 of the 3 shots and since her first shot she has been experiencing her calf muscles cramping up to where she can not run or walk. Has anyone experience this. thanks

Not too long ago I was involved in a very heated discussion with a random dermatologist regarding Gardasil. She became so angry with my contrary opinion on the matter that she put her hand up in the "talk to the hand" position and walked out of the room.
I thank God that my daughter values my input and respects my knowledge on the matter. I want the very best for my daughter and of course her health is of great importance. Why would any mother put her child in harms direct path? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not poison our girls.
