Every unbias report states that illegals have defaulted at lower rates than the average American-born citizen. Therefore, your numbers mean nothing. It's just another ploy to use scare tactics for less informed Americans to follow your xenophobic movement.

The problem is not with the illegals who are here, only to work and do not commit any other crimes other than just being here. Our current system does not recognize the contributions of migrant workers in this country. Immigrants have and always will be a necessary component of the American economic system; no one on this board is going to perform the labor for so cheap, allowing for us to experience cheaper prices and many industries to survive.

Don't be influenced by right-wing propaganda from those who loathe diversity.

Illegals also do not pay

Illegals also do not pay taxes, but still claim they deserve fair treatment as those who do. All they need to do is take the test to become citizens, which is only ten questions and was recently posted in news articles where they gave away both the questions and answers. Although their jobs are not the most desired, having tax paying Americans who are desperate to supplement their income would do it, because that is the American spirit. "When times get tough, the tough work harder."

...Illegals don't commit any other crime than just being here? Wake up, a Bureau of Justice Statistics release reported over 30% of inmates in federal custody aren't native born. As to your economic argument, there are many sections of the United States that aren't afflicted by illegal immigration; their hotels, lawns, and crops are doing just fine. In fact, its been proven that the presence of an illegal labor force drives down the average blue collar American wage by 16%. That means that the poorest AMERICANS are hurt most by the presence of poverty-wage accepting border jumpers.

Calling it 'loathing diversity'--'xenophobia'--'racism' is just an open-borders agenda to get politicians afraid to act for fear of being labeled.

By the way, there's a huuuuge difference between IMMIGRANTS and ILLEGAL ALIENS... like the difference between a house guest and a burglar.

Illegal Loans

Sounds like the American people have been hoodwinked into a bailout that our children and grandchildren will have to pay back for these loans which should have been illegal. I heard that Clinton started this by threatening big fines if the lenders didn't make bad loans to the unqualified.

Illegal Immigration

Illegal Immigration has contributed to our ecomomic mess in many ways. I personally see illegals moving on from their homes on a daily basis. I see in my resident state more thab 50,000 illegal convicted felons in our penal system incurring a direct cost of 40-60 thousand dollars per year per inmate. This does not include the 64 different welfare programs available to illegals. I see identity theft at rates unheard of in the past. I see people dying on a daily basis due to illegals driving under the influence and having no license or insurance. This is only a few of the problems caused by our enforcement of immigration laws. I see Hispanic gangs comprised of mostly illegals getting more vicious and costing a fortune in law enforcement and judiciary costs.

Space and time will not allow me to list many more problems caused by illegal immigration.

This phrase alone summarizes the whole problem. I think the government just tried to put the blame on these hapless immigrants. Of course, we also have to consider immigration issues here but in the first place the government AGAIN has a big hand on this problem. No pressure, no explosion. Laws of science still applicable.
