3. What is the objective of this statement other than to attempt to sway public opinion by spreading speculation which is founded on unsubstantial, irrelevant data?
4. You have the responsibility, if you stand by your creed, to focus on the official, not the official's husband - no matter how high the stakes are. if the u.s. supreme court is not abowe the law then why do they and the state of wisconsin continue to evade/ignore the speedy trial act of 1974 and wisc.stat.971.10 both of which are laws passed by our reps. in our legislative branch's into law. should they not be held responsible for there actions if they do break these laws! and why do they break them repetitivly? do they answer to no one? we've had over 300 years to fine tune these laws and there pretty clear to most people yet they still seem to be ignoring them.can you help me understand what gives them the power/right to ignore the people ?

Never mind all the abuses of the past eight years, the bush Administration did an absolutely PERFECT job of managing the Nation. I mean, after all, george bush* is now batting 1.000 as CEO. Every corporation he was CEO of has been flown into the ground. We can only pray that the Nation is at least 49 days from being flown into the ground, given that Inauguration Day is 48 days away.
Perhaps if Judicial Watch was a watchdog over companies like Halliburton and all of its subsidiaries we'd be in much better shape.
Speaking of Halliburton, it's interesting that it is now headquartered offshore so as to avoid 100% of its corporate tax burden. Justice would be dick cheney* being indicted for war crimes by the World Court, then being arrested if he ever leaves our shores to try and collect even one thin dime. And should any funds be electronically or otherwise transferred into the cheney vaults, he should be arrested here for Income Tax evasion.
Obama why did you break your oath to protect the constitution? Article I, Section 6 - The Constitution forbids the new president from making that appointment! Case Closed! Obama clearly doesn't take his Oath seriously and he will continue to piss on the constitution until someone holds him accountable. Obama also doesn't have any respect or fear of God since he gave an oath on the Bible that he would do something and then he refused to do it, when it was within his power to do the right thing. Expect more of this behavior to come. There are consequences to this kind of pride/behavior and the American people are going to suffer because of it as they did under Bush. Obama sheepel be warned, this is just the beginning.
