Hello People. illegal immigrants are illegal!!! Should be deported. No One is above the law. Government is to uphold the law. There is without a doubt criminals in our government, they should be prosecuted!!! America is One Nation under God!!!!! The third district has come up with heinous opinions over the years, but they're on the ball with this one. The law is clear.

"Ten states—including Texas, Utah, Oklahoma and Maryland—offer illegal immigrants discounted tuition at public colleges."

Every day, I learn more about how seriously stupid our government officials are. Unfortunately, I am not joking at all.

As long as we have pro-illegal backers in Washington, there will be this miscarriage of justice. In every way, D.C. shows us that the "person of the year" is the illegal alien. As long as foreign govenments dictate our immigration laws, as long as greedy businesses demand slave labor and as long as anti-American organizations encourage filling our nation with criminals, this will continue. We have built a nation that no one has been able to copy, and have shown that we have the best and brightest. We are the first to aid people harmed by natural disasters. We have taken in more people than any country in the world and have waged wars to protect this wonderful land. But, now, lacking statesmen and even anyone with a backbone, we have witnessed our leaders close their eyes to the takeover of our country. This has not been accomplished by war or famine. It has occurred by doing nothing while the enemy walked in and occupied this once proud nation.

Lack of subject/verb agreement is not the issue. It's that people without a legal right to be here are getting preferential treatment. Seems they are not a "protected class", but rather an "entitled class".
