800 truckloads of ANYTHING don't disappear, they existed on paper only to pump money TO some "favored" party...and then the kickbacks came back to whoever approved the project. That's how "paper" truckloads disappear. Isn't that how they persuade us how "oversight" is needed and set-up with groups or individuals "hand-picked" by the ones approving the payments?! That's why they NEVER want an independent oversignt/3rd party involved...kind of like Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac...NOTHING TO SEE HERE, MOVE ALONG!
